The Elevator is certified for compliance of storage services of grain and products pererabotki.The Elevator complex is designed to provide services to farmers and depositors from the reception of vehicles of various grain crops, including canola, with a preliminary estimation of its quality, weighing, unloading, cleaning, drying, prolonged storage in containers, shipment to automobile and rail transport.To determine grain quality at the Elevator there is a certified industrial-technological laboratory, which monitors technological processes and quality of grain in the acceptance, storage and shipment of it to road transport. THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES OF THE ELEVATOR The Elevator complex is designed to provide services to farmers and depositors from the reception of vehicles of various grain crops, including canola, preliminary determination of its quality, weighing, unloading, cleaning, drying, prolonged storage in containers, shipment to automobile and rail transport.The capacity of the installed equipment allows you to take, dry, clean flow up to 2,000 tonnes of grain per day, and if necessary, download the file auto-and railway transport.The Elevator is equipped with modern technologies using equipment manufactured in the USA. Two separate production lines, consisting of two grain dryers Sukup U 3518 Delux DPX and 12T with a capacity of respectively 90 and 70 tonnes per scheduled hour, two grain separators Dakota 988 3 Jun and Dakota 688 March 3, with a capacity of 135 and 100 tons per hour respectively; a Vehicle for bucket elevators and conveyors with a capacity of 135 tons per hour; ten Brock Commercial 5418 tanks (storage capacity of 2,700 tons, with a diameter of 16.4 m, height 18,9 m each) equipped with aeration system and temperature monitoring of grain designed for long-term storage of grain without deterioration of its quality; automobile scales TVA — 80 tons — 2 PCs; scales train "Lahta" ST. — 150 tons — 1 PC.
