- development of a water use permit, discharge of wastewater into natural water bodies, as well as the elaboration of maximum permissible discharges (MPD) of pollutants into natural water bodies. The development of Podobedova schemes, norms and standards for water and wastewater for different industries;
- inventory of waste; development of instructions (regulations) on waste management; preparation of passports waste disposal sites; preparation of a registry card of the waste. Development of reclamation projects, and the formation of spoil and ash dumps;
